Custom Edge Remodeling was built on years of hands-on experience in the construction industry and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Owner Tim McKenna began working in the trades in 2013 at 19 years old as a laborer on a drywall hanging crew. After learning the trade from the ground up, he started his own drywall business in 2016 and quickly grew it into a successful six-man crew completing new construction projects for large local developers throughout the Metro Detroit area.
Over the years, Tim expanded beyond drywall and gained valuable experience working alongside local general contractors on a wide variety of residential remodeling and construction projects. This experience allowed him to further develop his skills in carpentry, painting, roofing, remodeling, and overall project management while gaining a deeper understanding of every stage of the building process.
Today, as a licensed residential builder, Tim launched Custom Edge Remodeling with the goal of providing homeowners with high-quality remodeling services backed by real field experience, strong communication, and attention to detail.
