Our Workmanship Warranty

Custom Edge Remodeling provides a limited workmanship warranty covering defects related to installation and craftsmanship for qualifying remodeling projects. If an issue arises as a direct result of our workmanship during the warranty period, we will review the issue and take reasonable steps to correct covered defects.

We are committed to standing behind our work and providing responsive customer service if warranty-related concerns arise after project completion.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our workmanship warranty may include coverage related to:

• Trim & finish carpentry installation

• Flooring installation workmanship

Coverage applies only to workmanship-related installation defects and does not extend to manufacturer material warranties or issues caused by normal wear, structural movement, moisture intrusion, misuse, lack of maintenance, or homeowner modifications after project completion.

Manufacturer Product Warranties

Many products and materials used during remodeling projects are also covered separately by manufacturer warranties. These may include:

• Flooring products

• Cabinets

• Countertops

• Fixtures

• Windows & doors

• Paint products

• Lighting fixtures

• Appliances

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. We will provide homeowners with applicable product warranty information when available.

Warranty Exclusions

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by water intrusion, flooding, humidity, or moisture issues

• Structural settling or movement outside contractor control

• Owner-supplied materials

• Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or neglect

• Modifications or repairs made by others after project completion

• Acts of nature or environmental conditions

• Pre-existing structural or concealed conditions not visible during construction

Projects involving owner-supplied materials may have limited or excluded warranty coverage depending on the material and installation conditions.
