We may also use it to follow up on a request you started, and to send you information about your own project. We do not run mass marketing campaigns from this list.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry, your walkthrough, or your project. Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and we will continue to reach you by phone or email instead.

We share information only where it is needed to do the work or where the law requires it.

6. Financing Applications

If you choose to check your rate through our financing partner Hearth, you leave our website and submit information directly to Hearth and its lender network. That information is governed by their privacy policies, not this one. Custom Edge is not a lender and does not receive or store your full credit application or credit score.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep project records for as long as needed to perform the work, honor warranties, and meet licensing, tax, and insurance requirements. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful, and then discarded.
