Custom Edge Remodeling is a licensed and insured residential builder operating in Southeast Michigan, license #242600769. We serve Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, the Downriver communities, and Monroe County.

3. Website Content Is Informational

Everything on this site, including project descriptions, price ranges, timelines, and construction guidance, is general information for homeowners. It is not a quote, a warranty, an engineering opinion, or a code determination for your specific house.

Building codes, zoning rules, and permit requirements change and vary by municipality. We confirm current requirements with the relevant building department on every project before pricing it.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Scope

Price ranges shown on this site are typical ranges for the kind of work described, not offers. A binding price exists only in a written proposal we have prepared for your specific project after a walkthrough.

5. Financing Through Third Parties

We offer access to third-party financing through our partner Hearth. Custom Edge is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set rates, or issue loan terms.

All financing is subject to credit approval by the lender. Rates, terms, promotional offers, and availability come from the lender and are subject to change. Pre-qualification does not guarantee an offer of credit. Review all loan documents carefully before signing.

6. Warranties

Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your signed construction contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials, appliances, and fixtures are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you.

Nothing on this website creates a warranty. We make no warranty that this site will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, photographs, text, and design of this website are the property of Custom Edge Remodeling or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish them for commercial purposes without written permission.
